i worry too much???

somethings are just as simple as a few words or an action can juz solve the problem.
and i realise i m not very good at dealing problems..
like sudden situation may make me think through the whole day...
i wish i can communicate better to deal with sudden problems.
i got tougue twist and even stutter in conversation with strangers..

and well....

sometimes.... i just worry too much...
which made me hestitated.
